• Upon arrival we will require a $3000 security deposit , a 8% lodging tax and $1000 cleaning fee.
• All rentals will be for one or more weeks; no partial weeks permitted
• Rental period will be Friday 4pm to Friday 10am
• We are pleased to provide a “courtesy hold” up to 30 days for any requested week or until there is another request for your specified week
• No rentals will be confirmed until receipt of a deposit for 50% of the full rental amount is received and the rental agreement is signed
• The remaining 50% of the rental amount is due in full 90 days prior to the start of the rental period
• 50% of the deposit will be refundable if the reservation is cancelled before 90 days of the start of the rental period; if cancellation occurs within 90 days of the start of the rental period the payment will be non-refundable
